What is your return policy?

    Our return/exchange form is shipped with every product and can be downloaded here: http://www.bootcampaign.com/wp-content/uploads/Return-Exchange-form.pdf. We essentially ask that the product be sent back within 30 days and in brand new condition (un-worn, unwashed) for refund and/or exchange.

     

    Are your boots made in America?

    Yes and no. We work with different manufacturers to provide an assortment of boots that meet a wide range of personal taste as well as specific workforce specifications. Most of our boots are made in America, and for those that aren’t, we continue to seek manufacturers nationwide to provide an American-made quality boot at an affordable price.

    Currently 12 of our styles are made in America - look for the 'American Made' logo on each listing.

    How fast is the free shipping?

    Our boots ship from various places, so that depends. On average the estimated time of delivery is 7 to 10 days. Most will travel UPS Ground or USPS Priority service. If expedited shipping is requested, please give us a call to work out the details and associated fees.

     

    How much of the boots’ purchase price is donated to the Boot Campaign mission?

    Different boots contribute various amounts, but it’s safe to say that more than $50/pair is contributed to support the BC mission which is to promote patriotism for America and our military community; raise awareness of the unique challenges service members face during and post-service; and provide assistance to military personnel, past and present, and their families.

     

    Are your boot service-approved?

    The short answer is no. While some of our current lineup might pass various regs like AR 670-1, we are not currently in the market of filling that specific need. But they look awesome with your street clothes.

     

    Do you offer a military discount?

    Yes indeed!  Boot Campaign's entire reason for existing is to show gratitude for those who serve - past and present.  For those heroes we'd like the say THANK YOU and offer 10% off any purchase.  Please use "ThankYou10" during checkout online.

     

    Do the boots ship with those metal lace FOBs automatically?

    Boot fobs are included only all non-branded boots. This is a requirement as a part of our non-profit license with the IRS. If a pair of boots already has a Boot Campaign logo stitched and/or embossed on the boot, the FOBs are not automatically included.

     

    Do you have a physical location?

    What is your privacy policy?

    The Boot Campaign team takes the privacy of our donors and supporters very seriously. Customer data will only be used to complete the transaction and is never sold or distributed to 3rd parties.  Customers will be given the option to receive occasional email offers (only from our site) and can be removed from Boot Campaign's promotional list at any time.
